Hello! my name is Steph, I'm based in France/Korea and I will be hosting group orders mostly for Enhypen and The Boyz.Please note that I can ship worldwide but you have to be able to cover the costs!
CLAIMS:
Claims are first come first served so do not spam my DM please or you will probably lose your place.
Please be sure to pay quickly as I will most of the time pay the goods with my own money to secure it.
FANCALL RAFFLE:
I'll sometime host GO and raffle the fancall which means a joiner will be picked randomly to apply for the fancall (1 claim = 1 entry , the more you buy the higher chance you get).
If you get picked you will be entered for a chance to win a fancall with the member of your choice + a signed album/postcard to your name (if the store provides any)
If you want to join those raffles you need to have a valid passport and be at least 18 year old or you won't be able to participate in the fancall and i'll pick a new winner.
⚠️ i'll only be entering your info when i order the albums, this does not guarantee you to win the fancall ⚠️
GOs:
The GOs will be under forms. They will have 2 to 4 payments:
The first payment is the price of the goods and must be made right after you complete a form.
The second payment is for EMS (shipping from Korea to France).
The third payment is for domestic (shipping from me to you).
Please keep in mind that sometimes it happens to have custom fees on orders and that is why there might be a fourth payment that will be made between EMS and domestic!
SHIPPING:
Once your package left my house I am not responsible if it gets lost as it’s out of my responsability.
PAYMENTS:
I accept Korean Bank Transfer, Wise and Paypal F&F , I will not accept any payment made by G&S.
Please make sure to meet every payment requirements in time. If you can’t pay in time DM me so we can see together what we can do about it! It’s better for you to explain it to me rather than ignoring my messages as this will cancel your order.

REFUNDS:
If you don’t meet the payments requirements your goods will be up for sale again and you won't be refunded so you better pay in time!

Please note that if I ever happen to get scammed I won’t be able to refund you as I don’t have the money to cover this all by myself! I’m sorry.
